Communications Review Policy
(August 2011)
Good communication helps create and sustain support for our schools. To make the proper impact however, communications must have clear, consistent messaging and graphic presentation.
To help assure this consistency, all websites/web pages, postcards, letters, emails, flyers, banners, signs, etc., created for students, parents and the community MUST BE REVIEWED by the CSS communications director before being produced.
Please add this process into your communications planning for the school year. Every attempt will be made to work within specified deadlines. Send all documents, photos, web page urls, etc. to be reviewed to kathleenvandervelde@grcss.org.
