Why Join a Club?
- Encourage all students to get involved – academics, athletics, and activities
- Excellent way to transition to high school and meet other students with common interests
- Club Sign-Up in the Fall to alert incoming Freshmen and new students of student groups
- Many meet after or before school – some in the evening or as needed
- If a club is not offered, a student or group of students may start one themselves

To share writing with fellow students in an encouraging environment; to practice writing and responding to writing; to learn about community events that promote writing. New this year (but not tried yet)—to work with and present to community group(s).

To view, critique, discuss different styles of Anime’ films.

Promote diversity, understanding, and acceptance of others throughout our school and our lives.

Area agencies and non-profit programs contact CC for assistance. HOPE provides a means of communicating the service opportunities to the students who are interested and want to volunteer.
Teens for Life - Robin Plouff
To bring awareness of life issues to others at CC. Through education, prayer, various activities, and volunteer opportunities, we join with other local, state, and national groups in fighting for the defenseless human beings, both born and unborn.

Promotes French culture.It is open to all students at Catholic Central. Activities include watching movies, attending cultural parties, going to the theater and opera, cooking and meeting with other French Clubs.

Recruitment/Outreach Organizations
STAND - Nancy Beadling
The goal of S.T.A.N.D. is to provide valuable tools to students in grades 5 through 8 that will cultivate leadership skills. Students will learn how to respond to peer pressure, gain confidence and understanding to resist destructive decisions, and learn how giving of their time and talents to the community will build their self-esteem and enrich the lives of the people around them.
Student Ambassadors - Jack Young
The role of the student ambassador is vital to the efforts of the Catholic Secondary Admissions Department. Student Ambassadors are utilized during Parent Information Nights, Junior High Visit, 5th and 6th grade Music Fest and potential student shadows.

Students have the opportunity to address concerns with the principal and also for the principal to get feedback from students on administrative issues.

Recognizes students of leadership, fine character, high scholarship and frequent service.

Produce the monthly school newspaper, the Blue and White, Write stories, take pictures, and design pages.
