The Grand Rapids Catholic Secondary Schools logo policy serves as a visual representation of the character of the institution. The logo and associated policies give the organization a consistent visual image and reinforces our position as a leading educational institution. The logos carry significant recognition value for CSS’ many external audiences. Consistent and correct use of the CSS, Catholic Central and West Catholic logos enhances the organization’s image.
PROCEDURES
Complete and provide the building principal with a GRCSS school Logo/School Identity Art Usage Request Form.
Upon Approval:
1. Follow accepted usage procedures. Keep complete and accurate records when using an outside source (promotional company) to create a product using the logo/school identity art.
2. Obtain a template from the school website.
3. A copy of the final product to be made using the logo/school identity art must accompany the Logo/Identity Art Usage Request Form be signed and approved by the individual who completed and signed the request form.
4. A copy of this policy must accompany all requests given to promotional companies for orders along with approved request form.
