Excellence Awards
Criteria

The Excellence Awards were created to recognize the gifts and accomplishments of exceptional individuals who embody the mission and ideals of Catholic Central High School.

The Distinguished Alumni Award is given to a Catholic Central graduate who exhibits excellence in their career and in life.

The Dominican Spirit Award is given to a graduate who exhibits support of the community, is an advocate for children, collaborates for change in the world and stands for those who are materially poor. The award is given in honor of those Dominican Sisters who helped found Catholic Central and who have given so generously of themselves to the school for more than 100 years.

Institutional Advancement is pleased to take nominations from the Catholic Central community for both of these prestigious awards, to be conferred at the Evening of Excellence Award Dinner in the fall of 2012.

Names and a brief explanation of why each nominee deserves a particular award may be submitted by emailing communications@grcss.org
