Girls-as-Grantmakers Program - Young Women For Change (YWFC) program is seeking applications from young women ages 14-17 to participate in a grant-making program that assesses the needs of local girls and grants funds to non-profit organizations in Kent County. YWFC members execute every aspect of the program, from selecting new members to managing the grant-making process YWFC meets once a month for three hours. Members are chosen based on their interest in community service, leadership, enthusiasm and commitment to participating in the program.
